Short answer: ArenaNet has not published Guild Wars 3 (GW3) system requirements. Confirmed platforms are PC, Steam, and PlayStation 5. The first beta is set for Fall 2027.
The announcement press release confirms Guild Wars 3 for PC, Steam, and PlayStation 5, the first home console release in the series. The official site adds that combat is designed to play well on both a controller and a keyboard. Those are the only hardware relevant facts so far.
The engine is not officially confirmed either. Unreal Engine 5 is a recurring report from job listings, but ArenaNet has not named an engine for Guild Wars 3.
